John has had the honor to speak on 'Money for Lunch', a nationally broadcast radio show, about his experiences working in commercial real estate. He was also invited as a guest lecturer at the Neely School of Business at Texas Christian University. John was recognized in Texas Business Real Estate Magazine with a featured article about his expertise in the multifamily market. He was also named "Power Broker" by Dallas Business Journal. John started his commercial real estate career in 2001, by joining a national brokerage firm as a multifamily specialist. While working as an agent, he personally closed on over 220 multifamily transactions. During his time as a broker, he achieved some of the most prominent national awards making him one of the top rated brokers in the country. John is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas.
